Have-A-Go & Events

Below is a list of the various events, exciting demonstrations and interesting talks that will be happening
throughout Sherwood Art Week. Many are child friendly so all members of the family can get involved.
All the participating artists are giving their time and expertise for free, the small charge at some events
covers any necessary materials. *For some events booking is essential.
The Art Week is a chance for everyone to unleash their creativity.
Have-A-Go Pottery

Drop in and try a variety of items in two colours of clay. No-firing clay means you can take your creation away that day. Charge: £2/£5 per item.
Saturday 13th 10am - 4pm.
Sunday 14th 11am - 4pm.

Bobbin Lace Making

Throw a few bobbins! Drop in and have a go.
Also displays and demonstrations by the Nott’s Bobbin Lace Society. Free.

Throw a Pot

Have a go on the Wheel. Price includes two firings and glazing of your pot. *Booking essential. Charge: £7.
